The original purchase date was 3/2/18, they noticed the tire was flat on 3/12/18.? Usually if a tire has an issue with it, the customer will know almost immediately.? A tire would not go for days with a hole in it.? It is also very difficult to see if a tire has a nail in it when it is bolted on to the vehicle.? When cars come in with low tire pressure, we always take the tire off of the vehicle and put air in it, then spray the tire with leak detector to find where the leak is.? In this particular situation the leak was coming from a puncture in the tire caused by a nail, which was still in the tire.? Our protocol for this situation is to remove the tire from the rim, and repair the puncture with a radial tire patch on the inside of the tire.? Our warranty does not cover "Road Hazard" in this situation the nail is the "Road Hazard".? We value our customers and if the vehicle came in and the leaking tire was our fault in some way, we would have covered it at no charge.? But in this situation the hole was caused by a "Road Hazard" (iea nail) and is not covered.? ?

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
I’m rejecting based on Monday the tire was leakingI brought to a friend in town that has a shopHe inspected the tire and there was no nailWhen I called Tuesday I was denied bringing the car in because “no one showed up to work”If I was able to bring my car in, I’m a 100% positive nothing would of been in there and they would have to abide by the warrantyAlso, their claim “they value their customers” is falseIf I’m arguing and their raising their voices like we’re in a bar fight that isn’t showing value or professionalism to anyoneI’m highly upset and disappointed in the treatment I received and that it had to come to thisI had nothing but the utmost respect for them and always referred themVery sad situation.
Sincerely,
