Cleaning and pressing of quilt not returned in acceptable condition
On April 3rd I left a king sized quilt to be cleaned and pressedAt which time I indicated that I didn't want any wrinkles in the quilt upon its returnThe clerk, ***, indicated that there would be no wrinkles after the pressingI picked up the quilt on April 8, paid $and took it homeWhen I laid it out on the bed I discovered that it was very wrinkled and the batting was bunched up in a few places and would not lie flatI immediately took it back to the cleaners*** indicated that they would send it back to the cleaning plant to steam out the wrinklesWhen I picked it up again on April and examined it and found it still wrinkled and some bunching of the batting I told the girl who was serving at the time that I was not satisfied and would like a refundShe said the manager would call me I waited hours and didn't hear from the managerI went back to the cleaners and asked why the manage
