Corrigan Electric & Generator Systems has an agreement with *** Electric to complete any and all generator servicing that they had contracted with owners to maintainMrs*** was listed as one that *** owed a generator maintenance service, it was approximately years past due. We
attempted to contact Mrs*** times with no response, we were concerned that if it had not been maintain then when needed the generator would fail to provide backup power. Our generator service technician was in her neighborhood servicing another unit. We left a message on Mrs*** phone what we would be there to perform the owed service that day. Our service technician was instructed to go by and knock on Mrs*** door and service the generator if she was home. Our technician did go by and no one was home. He took it upon himself to go ahead and check the generator and change the oil and filter. This is not what he was instructed to do. He should never have touched it without Mrs*** permission, but he assumed as we did that it had not been maintained for years so he decided to check on it. We were only trying to fulfill the obligation that *** owed Mrs***. Our generator service technician services generators every day. I am very confident that there is no damage of any kind to the generator. He has been trained by the generator manufacturer and is Generac certified
We do apologize for the situation. We do not have a business relationship with Mrs***
Should she have an inspection expense from her electrician we would expect it to be forwarded to the Revdex.com so they could forward it to us
I did place a phone call to Mrs*** on 8/25/*** at about 5pm to personally apologize. I was trying to apologize directly to Mrs***, not by email, text or letters. Mrs*** hung up on me
