I do not accept the response from the business because they only honoured the claim after I forced their hand by proving beyond the shadow of a doubt that they were legally in the wrong
I had to spend hours and hours of my own time scanning contracts and sending e-mails to fight for a simple claim that they now admit should have been covered in the first placeDuring this time my vehicle sat in a repair yard, untouched
Millennium Insurance Corporation claims that "in the early stages, an error was made." An error is putting a decimal point in the wrong place or dialing a wrong numberIt is not an error when a representative of a company denies a claim when his own accompanying paperwork shows clearly that the claim is valid(I have their e-mail in my possession to back this up)** *** *** ** *** ** *** *** ** *** ***
When a consumer has an extended warranty that costs almost $4,000, should she or he really need to fight in order to have the warranty honoured?
The repairs have now been done, but only because I chose to stand up for my rights and wait over two weeks for my vehicle to be repaired
As mentioned in my initial complaint, I would like an apology in writing from the Millennium Insurance Corporation for holding up the process for two weeks and for sending misinformation to the repair facility in an attempt to deny liability for paying out on this claim
