reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint The attached emails show my correspondence with the company, my previous delivery of the requested executed claim form, and multiple attempts on my part to see if men movers needed anything else from me, all of which were ignored This is the second time this has happened per my first Revdex.com complaint which prompted men movers to send me an offer I've also attached the executed claim form requested Because men movers has consistently ignored me until I contacted the Revdex.com, I would like to keep this matter open until I have payment and the payment is processed

Good Morning,We humbly apologize Mr*** *** is still unsatisfied with our responseWe are in no way wanting to upset Mr***We appreciate his business and hope he remembers the quality of service our movers provided the day of his moveWe feel Mr*** may have had a lot to deal with during his move and misunderstood his calls with ***Moving can be very stressfulWe carefully reviewed the training calls between Mr*** and ***There was no mention of a hour minimum from ***On the second call Mr*** asked *** about the hour minimum*** again explained and walked Mr*** through the email we send informing our customers there is a hour minimum*** specifically apologized for any mis-communicationWe use our calls for training purposes but if Mr*** would like proof of the conversation please let us know. Respectfully,
