Review: I ordered a chain and sprocket kit online from the this online vendor on May 7th. When I received the product I realized that the incorrect chain was shipped. I contacted the owner, and he told me that he could send another, but would have to charge me. The funds would be returned when the chain was returned. He then emailed me a return shipping label. I shipped the product back which arrived June 10th. I have not been able to get a hold of him since. I have tried multiple emails and phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like to finish the transaction since currently I am out $129.95
Review: I placed an order online (#[redacted]) and never received the item ordered. It has been nearly a month since the order was placed. I have telephoned and written to the company about 6 times now and received no response.Desired Settlement: Either send item or issue refund IMMEDIATELY. A response would also be appreciated.
Review: I ordered a brake bleeder from Corseracing.com on 5/14/13, order #[redacted], and have yet to recieved my order. Meanwhile, my account has already been charged the $42.48 for the item plus tax and shipping and handling. I've been calling the business and leaving messages for two weeks and have not recieved a reply as of today 6/4/13. Review: I ordered a "Power commander V" from www.corseracing.com for $269.95 on 5/22/2013, the money was deducted on 5/23/2013 from my bank account. It has been one week pass I still have not received a billing statement or shipping information. I have attempted to reach this company by phone and email, both were unsuccessful. Messages left on their voice-mail are not returned, Email that is sent to their service email are not being responded to.Desired Settlement: I want for them to send me what I ordered or refund the $269.95 back to me. I would also like for them to remove the Revdex.com accreditation logo from their site, it is misleading.
