Review: I paid $50 to this place to clean a rug. They gave me the rug in the same condition as when I dropped it off. On 12/**/14, I dropped off an area rug to be cleaned. The [redacted] of the store told me it would take two weeks and that I should call to check before I stopped by to pick it up. I called back in two weeks and he told me it would take another week. A week later I called to hear the same thing. He told me to wait another week. It ended up taking 5 weeks before I went to pick up the rug. That's when I found out they did nothing to it. It was just as dirty. Same condition. I wanted to take my rug home but the [redacted] took in the back and told me to pay $50. I called the police. The police told me to contact Revdex.com, pay the $50 and keep my receipt if anything could be done. Why would this place say they can clean rugs if they cannot? Why make a promise you cannot keep? In addition, the guy kept screaming at me, telling me to "shut my mouth" and "watch my attitude" because I was on videotape as he pointed to his security camera. I do not deserve to be treated like this for catching this guy trying to take my money for doing nothing. This owner of this place is terrible.Desired Settlement: I paid $50 to get my rug back in my possession. I want my $50 back. My rug has not been cleaned at all. It is in the exact same condition as when I dropped it off five weeks ago.

Review: I brought in several shirts to be dry cleaned and, in addition to the fact that every one of them came back to me with small spots on them, one of them was completely ruined -- covered in stains and discolored in places. The worst part, though, is that when I brought the shirt back to them to show them what they had done, the man who runs the store was incredibly rude to me, shouted at me, and called me a liar, saying that I had made the stains and then brought the shirt back to take advantage of him. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever received, and reading some of the other reviews online, I see I am not alone.Desired Settlement: I would like the shirt they ruined, which is practically new and cost about $50, to be replaced.
