I want to explain what happened with this client. She actually came to our office for the first time and we help her prepare her taxes.
Obviously, being the first time, we always ask, if they are married, single, or there status of filing ... she was a very beautiful person,...

unfortunately she was on her cell phone while I was interviewing her and was not paying attention when I asked questions.
I apologize totally with her and of course we will fix the error that was made, as soon as she receives her refund I will send a form, and I will write it in a statement of the correction.
