Cortes Tire Service

I had purchased not one but two sets of [redacted] tires with an 85 thousand mile tread warranty. I was promised free rotations which the owner of the place later denied. One of the tires has developed a de formality that has created a small thumping noise in the left front after the last rotation was done. I took the car over to the owner who refused to even take the tire off and look at it. He informed me that he would have to send the tire off for the manufacturer to look at it and it would take four to six weeks. I said aren't you going to replace it? "No" he said, it would cost him too much money to buy and ship another tire in. I informed him that's not my problem and reminded him I bought close to a thousand dollars worth of tires off him. I even called his warehouse ([redacted] out of Raleigh) and they said that was his problem, not theirs.
