I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me If you delete the post, that is fine, if not can you please add my reply as follows " I have talked to John Cortese about the situation and he was more than understanding and did the right thingI have taken my truck for service at Cortese many times with great work and great serviceI hope my truck does not have any more issues but if it does, I know I am in good hands with Cortese."Regards, [redacted]

Mr*** came to us requesting that we make a key for him to replace the one that was broken, which we did and he paid for, and for which he is now looking for reimbursement from Cortese When the vehicle was brought into a detail shop and they lost his key, unfortunately at that
time someone misinformed him that a Recall was coming out and that he could expect to receive a new key at no charge because of the recall Unknowingly the recall that they were referring to is actually for a Wireless Ignition Node and has nothing to do with replacing ignition keys Mr*** was referred to Chrysler to confirm that the current recall would not involve a refund for keys If this customer was entitled to a refund for any item related to a recall, Chrysler would reimburse the customer directly In the meantime, we do apologize if Mr*** felt that our Service Manager was condescending as he is commonly very professional and of good spirit, but again we do apologize for any misunderstanding that our customer may have experienced
