I never asked them to run a diagnostic I also never stated I was sending someone into get more info it was my vehicle I would not have needed to do that as it was my vehicle I ask them to reprogram the key they were unable to do that as my battery was dead which they did not tell me because my battery was not dead when the vehicle was towed there it is impossible to perform the programming of a key when the vehicle is dead so they charged me the $125 for a for a service they did not do I never asked someone to come there and get more information I also never ask them to release my personal information because the person that ended up buying the vehicle had all of it name issues issues with the vehicle and the bill that was owed on the vehicle which was none of their business that was my personal information that was given to a stranger.

Customer's car was towed in. She asked to have the key programmed to the vehicle. Service representative advised that programming the key may not repair the problem but customer only wanted that performed. Customer was advised there would be a $125.00 fee to program the key and she approved the...

work. Once in the shop we found the battery was dead and loose wires handing from the dash board. Attempted to program the key and found a transceiver module needed to be replaced and wiring repair needed . Customer did not want the repair performed. We then had a person come in and asked about the repairs needed as the customer said she was sending someone in the get more details. We were not aware she was trying to sell the vehicle and this person was interested in buying the car. The only info that person was given was the repairs needed, no personal info. She did sell the car and before we would release the car to the new owner the diagnostic fee needed to be paid. The bill was paid and the new owner approved the work.
