I never asked them to run a diagnostic I also never stated I was sending someone into get more info it was my vehicle I would not have needed to do that as it was my vehicle I ask them to reprogram the key they were unable to do that as my battery was dead which they did not tell me because my battery was not dead when the vehicle was towed there it is impossible to perform the programming of a key when the vehicle is dead so they charged me the $for a for a service they did not do I never asked someone to come there and get more information I also never ask them to release my personal information because the person that ended up buying the vehicle had all of it name issues issues with the vehicle and the bill that was owed on the vehicle which was none of their business that was my personal information that was given to a stranger
