did damage to my roof did not tell me and it rained inside my garage now have to deal with their insurance co and it is going on 3m no repair
*** trimmed my trees in dec for 2nd time since I have owned home. 1st rain it was raining inside my garage and 1st roofer informed me I had tree damage to my roof. upon inspection damage went all the way through to inside attic. so tree branch must have been sticking out and someone removed and disposed of them never telling me. so I text *** to tell him of the damage and he and *** came the next day tarped my roof and claim filed. I got my first correspondence from insurance co on jan 10. it took me about 1 1/2 mos to actually get them on phone. so I was texting ***... he could not get a call back from her either. now this has gone on for 2 mos now and still not near fixed. *** reached out to a corporate member *** XXX-XXX-XXXX ext 8527-she called me once I have called her multiple times without a return call and now *** does not respond.
1st damage can happen with tree service and it needs to be disclosed to homeowner so further damage is not incurred. 2nd better customer service. return calls or at least touch base with why you do not believe you should that way customer doesn't waste their time.
