Greetings!The customer in question, did not lease the tank from our office. The tank was leased to the property owner (landlord) , not to the renter. The landlord did not want the tank picked up and refused to discontinue our contract with them. There is propane left in the tank
and the renter should have settled this matter with the landlord at the time they moved out. Due to the continuing calls from the renter's daughter, ***, the property manager, has now cancelled our contract and asked us to pick up the tank and issue credit for remaining propane in tank to renter. This was agreed to on 7/3/2016. The tank will be picked up today, 7/5/and the propane will be measured and the credit will be calculated and mailed to the renter's new address.
