I am rejecting this response because:it is false,because first thing I was asked for was tge address and zipcode then she had asked if i called other companies for quotes and I said yes and she asked how far More less I told her I was very new to address and did not know how many miles and I said it takes me 10 min once I exit highway so not sure about mile distance and she said thats fine never saying anything different and continued with order and when I spoke to her about canceling service she then said it was 5 miles but as we both argueing about the charge i told her if they were based on distance why did she not call me before driver delivered toilet to tell me new amout and I would have then cancelled right there and then. she said "well I was busy" .she said this has happened before and she allways wins.and irate is not a word for not agreeing with unauthorized charges because she is to lazy to do her job exp if they go on miles there would be no reason for me to go with this company If I was told about extra 25 for delivery and extra 50 a month when most other comp do not go miles but are between 10-25 difference between monthly pmt and sence I am on a budget I am going with best that fits this.as I have.and as far as driver when he called me I told him I was little more then a hour away and thats why I asked to be called with enough time to arrive he said that was also fine he gets paid per hour anyways so he was fine with it that he would wait my husband also heard this because call was on truck phone because we had just left from restraunt eating breakfast and she simply kept saying to bad that was her decision and there's noone but her to talk to.as far as I told her to wait on someone was because of new metal tube that Had just been put down and would be ruined as it was by there truck the first time and my husband asked him did he get in ok and he said yes because It was rock not wet dirt he delivered fine ,so because of this first dropoff issue i would send someone to help truck driver not to damage anymore and she said he was on his way so I said he need to wait for somone to get there and sence they were not responsible for damage they needed to wait and not allowed on property again uuntill someone arrived because damage is coming out my pocket and because it is private property I would call cops if anymore damage was done and then she said o well they picked up allready because he was not far.and within 30 min myself and husband arrived and yes driver did drive on lot because there was trail from tires from truck from lot to street not drag at all...tgere is also noway to drag off lot because there is a big ditch between street and lot and toilet wss far from street ti drag. it is not ok to charge for a services that were not agreed on nor authorized because u have credit card info allready that is abuse to customer.....this is not the way to do buisness

I provided the following: Inside Highway 1604, the price is $129.90 This includes the standard unit at $95.00, delivery fee of $25.00 plus tax; outside Highway 1604 the price varies.Since client stated the area was within a mile or less outside highwy 1604, I advised her the cost will remain at 129.90 as long as the site is within two miles outside of Highway 1604; if further, the price will increase. She stated it was not more than a mile outside Highway 1604. Once pricing was established, I went over the Terms of Liability, and I stressed to client an individual will need to meet our driver to sign the Terms of Liability, so we will call before drop off. She also mentioned no one will be on site, so we needed to give her about twenty to thirty minutes to arrive. "No problem, I will have the driver call you an hour before drop off" to avoid any delays.As instructed on the order ticket, on January 22, 2015 our driver call client an hour before delivery, and Mrs. [redacted] had her husband meet the driver, and he said he was on his way; however, our driver arrived an hour later, but Mr. [redacted] was stuck in traffic, and would take him another twenty minutes. Since we can only wait at idle for five to ten minutes, the driver called our office to get an approval. Our field supervisor made the call to wait for the client.Once the office personnel started to process payments for the day, [redacted] verified location with the driver, and the delivery site turns out to be five miles outside of Highway 1604. Consequently, site is considered Timberwood Park, and the pricing is $150.00 for a standard unit, $50.00 delivery fee. After I called Mrs. [redacted], I was working on cancelling the order has she requested, and I did inform her that her card was not charge; nonetheless, I was inform of the unit had been delivered after I spoke to client about the increase. Consequently, once the unit has been dropped the service is considered services rendered, and client will be charged the full amount (we charge the some amount whether client has the unit for an hour or a month); nevertheless, called client to advise her of the $50.00 fee. As a courtesy, I did not charge the full amount of 129.96, nor, 189.44 for Tim berwood Park area. Client became irate! I tried working with her by reducing the amount of the unit to $125.00, $50.00 delivery fee plus tax; she refused since she stated that we had verbally agreed to$129.90. Undoubtedly, we verbally agreed to $129.90 mile or less outside Highway 1604, and the cost will remain at $129.90 as long as the site was within two miles of the outside Highway 1604; equally important, we verbally agreed further than two miles, the price will increase. She verbally agreed the site was not more than a mile outside Highway 1604.There was a charge for $500.00 and $50.00 which $500.00 was returned the same day. I spoke with Mrs. [redacted] several times about the unit being picked up, and not once did she advise me to wait until someone can escort us to avoid any damages. Her words were "it's private property, you are not allowed on the property, and if you go onto the property, I will call the police." Had Mrs. [redacted] stated to wait until she arrived, the driver would had waited; in comparison, to the drop off. As far as the damages to the property there was no damages since our driver parked on the street, and she dragged the unit to the lift gate of the truck. Please refer to the written statement the driver submitted.To conclude, Mrs. [redacted] received clear explanation of services and pricing base off the location. In addition, she was made aware of the charges on her credit card, and she was advised that the $500.00 would be return to the credit card the same day.
