Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:it is false,because first thing I was asked for was tge address and zipcode then she had asked if I called other companies for quotes and I said yes and she asked how far More less I told her I was very new to address and did not know how many miles and I said it takes me min once I exit highway so not sure about mile distance and she said thats fine never saying anything different and continued with order and when I spoke to her about canceling service she then said it was miles but as we both argueing about the charge I told her if they were based on distance why did she not call me before driver delivered toilet to tell me new amout and I would have then cancelled right there and thenshe said "well I was busy" .she said this has happened before and she allways wins.and irate is not a word for not agreeing with unauthorized charges because she is to lazy to do her job exp if they go on miles there would be no reason for me to go with this company If I was told about extra for delivery and extra a month when most other comp do not go miles but are between 10-difference between monthly pmt and sence I am on a budget I am going with best that fits this.as I have.and as far as driver when he called me I told him I was little more then a hour away and thats why I asked to be called with enough time to arrive he said that was also fine he gets paid per hour anyways so he was fine with it that he would wait my husband also heard this because call was on truck phone because we had just left from restraunt eating breakfast and she simply kept saying to bad that was her decision and there's noone but her to talk to.as far as I told her to wait on someone was because of new metal tube that Had just been put down and would be ruined as it was by there truck the first time and my husband asked him did he get in ok and he said yes because It was rock not wet dirt he delivered fine ,so because of this first dropoff issue I would send someone to help truck driver not to damage anymore and she said he was on his way so I said he need to wait for somone to get there and sence they were not responsible for damage they needed to wait and not allowed on property again uuntill someone arrived because damage is coming out my pocket and because it is private property I would call cops if anymore damage was done and then she said o well they picked up allready because he was not far.and within min myself and husband arrived and yes driver did drive on lot because there was trail from tires from truck from lot to street not drag at all...tgere is also noway to drag off lot because there is a big ditch between street and lot and toilet wss far from street ti dragit is not ok to charge for a services that were not agreed on nor authorized because u have credit card info allready that is abuse to customer.....this is not the way to do buisness Regards, [redacted] ***
