When [redacted] was dropped from our program the appropriate tuition refund was applied to her account and the student loans disbursement was returned as required by the Department of Education In addition, the campus sent a a final letter advising [redacted] of the completion of this process and of any remaining balance We do sent all accounts that have a balance to Sunrise who collects on our behalf, We NO NOT report to the credit bureau, and Sunrise acts as our student accounts collection arm , to simply collect balances from studentsThere was an error on campus when [redacted] paid the final balance in not notifying appropriately to the accounting department, which is why her account remained with Sunrise who was trying to collect on our behalf A letter was sent to [redacted] stating the payment was received in full from SunriseAdditionally a full explanation and a written offer from Cortiva to make ensure there are no issues on [redacted] credit
