I am very sorry that this perspective student had a negative experience related to payment at the Utah College of Massage Therapy.  It is true that this prospective student canceled her enrollment at Utah College of Massage Therapy within our published cancellation...

period and therefore should not have been charged any tuition or materials fees.  Unfortunately, it appears that there was an error made in our student registration/accounting and it appeared in our system that the student owed money to the school. This error has been corrected and resolved.  The perspective student does not owe us any money and will receive no more calls from our student payment department.   We are very sorry about any inconvenience this may have caused and we wish the perspective student all the best in the future.  If their are any further questions or concerns - the student is welcome to contact our compliance department at [email protected].
