Today, 6-29-16, Reborn was to have come to make the needed installations and repairs. They did a no-show/no-call. If they worked for me and had this attitude they would be fired. What company operates like Reborn Cabinets?I would think, that since this project is a full 2 months past the agreed on completion date (April 27, 2016), they would really make the extra effort to get it done.

Hi, yes I would like them to respond. They are a large company and the fact that they totally disregarded my certified letter to the owner, is just proof that they do not care about their customer after they get their money. Shame on them and companies like them that think they are above these...

Hi, yes, although this is a generic response to my complaint, they have not called us or reached out to us in anyway to resolve the complaint. This again is an insult and we will not stand by and be ignored or pushed aside because they think it is unimportant to make their customers happy or satisfied. Thanks but no thanks. Also with regard to the complaint by [redacted], we are not contracted with [redacted], we are contracted with a [redacted]. It is my understanding [redacted] is the boyfriend of our client, I am not sure he is a resident of the property either. How does Revdex.com address this...
as we aren’t in current contract with the person who filed the complaint. [redacted] contract is complete. I believe the complaint from [redacted] should be removed from our history as he was not a client for ours.

will happen. They are building us a new set of cabinets that will then be installed in our bathroom after they remove the first set they built. We are also still waiting for the sink top to be removed so that they can set the sink in in correctly. We are now on day 45 of what should have been a 12 day project and we are still expecting some sort of compensation for the lengthy inconvenience that they have caused for our family. At this point while we are hopeful that the new cabinets will be what we originally ordered and expected, we are in no way ready to say that this is resolved.
