Good Afternoon! This complaint has been resolved. The hotel manager called me up and we reached an agreement. Thank you for your help!

Review: My family and I stayed in room 136 from July 7-10,2015.On the evening of July 9, we walked into the suite and there was a loud blower on the floor so I called the front desk to ask what was going on with the blower, a maintenance guy was sent to the room and I was informed that the AC was leaking into the carpet in the second room and that they were trying to dry it out, he said it was dry so he took out the fan/blower. This is when I realized why there were towels on the carpet on the night of July 8 when we got to the room, I didn't pay much attention since it was almost midnight at the same time my 2 kids were complaining that their socks got wet from the carpet, I just thought they might have stepped into a wet spot. So when the maintenance guy took the fan away I took my flipflops off and checked, the carpet was so damp, it could soak the socks. I called the front desk again and I was told that we could move into another room but since we were checking out the next day and there was 6 of us, with so much stuff it would be so inconvenient to pack and unpack and would take up all our remaining time for the night which we had already made plans for so the lady at the front desk said she agrees and would speak to their manager. We got back for the night at around 11 pm and still nothing was done about the room, the front desk guy didn't have any idea what was going on and the maintenance guy said his manager just told him to put towels on the floor which he didn't do anyway. I was given towels to put on the floor for the night which was the best they could do. So we were walking on wet towels for the rest of the night and the day we checked out.The room was hot too because the AC wasn't cooling up at all.On the day I checked out, I wanted to speak to the manager but the front desk staff said he wont be in until Sunday 7/12 and was aware of the condition of the room we stayed in and will definitely call us asap about a discount. Haven't heard from him at all.Desired Settlement: Refund payment for the last night of our stay since the room was supposed to be out of service for the broken AC leaking into the carpet and the wet carpet. This is UNSAFE and UNSANITARY.

Review: - Booked a family suite but received 2 different rooms not even connected. I mentioned to the front desk and explained that I needed a family suite since I paid for that. It was late (around 10:30 pm so I said that I would stay at the rooms but next day I needed to have a family suite.

- Next day we came back from disneyland around 1100pm to find someone else in our room. Someone from the hotel went into our room, pack our stuff and move them without permission. Went to the front desk and demanded an explanation, people at the front desk look at us like we were crazy. Then proceeded to make excuses after excuses. Saying that they don't people stuff, then we said that someone did, then they said that they only move what ever we packed, then we said that we didn't packed anything. then they said that they didn't know because it was done during the morning shift. Finally decided to check out of the hotel and head home. We spent about an hour fighting for our return until they finally agreed to not charge that night and return 50% of the previous night. I went ahead and wrote a bad review on yelp and few hours later I received a message from [redacted] (Hotel employee) apologizing and asking me to call him. I did called him and explained what happen. During our conversation, [redacted] mentioned that there were no charges to my credit card. Our conversation was disconnected at [redacted]'s end while discussing some items. I tried to call him back a few times but no luck. Just today I received a charge on my credit card of $715 and another one of $536. Tried to call [redacted] and no answer, I called the hotel and there were no manager and/or supervisor available.Desired Settlement: Just want my money back and I want everyone to know how terrible this people are.
