Review: If I could give this company zero I would. I purchased a blade there for $55, and when I took it home and put it on the new saw it was chipping the edges of every single tile. I put the blade that came with the saw, which is more often than not of less quality than a premium blade, and it actually cut much better than the blade that I had purchased from Cortopassi.

I called to see if they would return the blade after only four days, or even Credit the money towards a much better blade that was $100.

The owner said he would only consider a refund only after he took the blade home and made cuts on his personal saw with the blade. He wouldn't even consider another viable option.

His response was, "many people have brought in blades and I have use them on my saw and they cut just fine."

That told me two things:

1. Many other customers have had similar experiences to mine, purchasing a crappy blade from them, and

2. He was going to take my blade, get the most use out of it, and then give it back to me and say it cuts fine to avoid giving me a refund.

They claim to be a family owned business that cares about customer service, but they are the worst tile company I have dealt with fuss far

STAW AWAY!!!Desired Settlement: Post review to warn other consumers. I do not wish to do business with this company EVER again. Look at Yelp and Google reviews, there's a reason for them. They're rude, arrogant, and just plain discourteous. If they were truly committed they would've asked me to bring the blade in to examine it and consider some sort of alternative- I.e., refund, exchange for a blade of equal or greater value (me paying the difference Ofcourse, or giving store credit.
