I apologize if you feel our online leasing portal is confusing or misleading as that is definitely not our intention. We have taken actions to make this process as clear as possible. When logging into the online portal, there is an alert in red that states you are completing the entire leasing process, and that once you eSign, the lease agreement is binding.
