TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN My company was hired to clean the Air ducts and Dryer vents, the complaint from the home owner was made by phone one week after the job was completed, the complaint was that the washing machine discharge line was taken out of the sink and the water ran
through the floor , sheet rock ceiling onto the basement carpetMy answer to this complaint is as follows, after I was contacted by the home owner I sent the same crew who did the job to evaluate and report their findings which were as followsThe ceiling was opened up under the washing machine and the hole is a patch from a previous repair, and the washing machine is on the inside wall and the dryer is next to it, that means my crew would not touch, disrupt, bump into or move the washing machine to get to the dryer and since they cleaned the dryer from outside in as opposed to inside out , with our system called the bullet line using negative airAfter I reviewed the pictures from my guys I determined that the home owner has a on going problem with a leaky pipe and that my guys never came into contact with the washing machine and since a week had passed with out any problems There fore we are not responsible I relayed this to the home owner and his answer was he will make it my problemi feel he is in a way black mailing me into making repairs not caused by my company

Review: Corvelli Air Duct Services serviced our home on 9/11/14 for vent cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. In the process for cleaning the dryer vent the staff had also moved the washing machine causing the water hose to come out of the drain. Water had stilled down into the basement ceiling and had caused damage to the sheet rock and rug. Also causing mold in the ceiling and rug.Desired Settlement: Would like all repair paid for in full.
