Paragon Corvette was All Class. NOW, we Classic Car owners are stuck with Corvette Central. All Excuses if, IF, you ever get a Human on the Phone. They do not return voice mails, and you are put on hold on the phone for several minutes, then you are forwarded to voice mail, and NO ONE picks up the phone. All of the Paragon history of owners parts orders are gone, no history.
worst corvette part website out herei ordered some ac parts from them but received the wrong partsthen was informed until they received the wrong part back they would not send the right partthen after sending the wrong part back they informed me they did not have the correct part even after advertising they didwhich they are still advertising they havenot im still waiting for the correct partif you use this site be warned there are a lot of people that have had same experience
HORRIBLE customer service!! They sent me the wrong products and then want to charge ME to ship them back!!! Out of things were completely different than advertised!!!!
This company rips you off on shipments. I placed three different orders and instead of helping me on shipping and handling they shipped items separately to make more money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying Corvette goods from these people. I will not any longer. Also, they don't tell you in their catalog what you need to do to install items. Am new customer am finding their pricing is higher then competitor. Learned my lesson.
