Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The vehicle was running not well but, running [redacted] was the antagonists calling me a liar and then apologies when I proved him wrong regarding the emmissions confess to the conversation about emmissions now he starts to tell half truths againI heard about his underhanded business (word of mouth)after I had agreed to work being done [redacted] is upset that I refuse to have his sloppy $10,paint job (word of mouth)Yes, the car interior door panels and weatherstripping are not installed due to prepping for paint [redacted] and I talked he is aware that I have new weatherstrippingI'm now reading the consumers complaints most negative and now I have the experience to join inThe car never leaked the degree that [redacted] State Emmissions stopped the testing because of a major oil leakFunny thing [redacted] did a bumper to bumper inspection and not one word of leaksTest drove the vehicle not one word of not being able to monitor the vitals Sincerely, [redacted]
This Customer is impossible to deal withHe brought is Vehicle in because it was not runningHe never said anything about EmissionsThe vehicle is in extremely poor condition, and needs Body Work, Paint Work, Interior Work, and a Lots of Mechanical Repairs for Major Fluid LeaksMr [redacted] was always on a BudgetWe did exactly what he requested, and got the Vehicle runningWhen he picked the car up, he said the Dash Quit workingHe said it was our faultWe sent the Dash in for repair, and the Electronics Test results proved the Dash was Shorted Out Internally, and had been that way for a whileWe did not cause this FailureMr [redacted] is one of those customers that states "it wasn't like that when I brought it in", but in reality his vehicle needs everythingDealing with him on the Telephone is impossibleHe just yells and screams, you have to hold the phone away for your earYou can not communicate with him on any levelWe do not wish to do business with insane peopleWe have chosen not to do business with Mr [redacted]
