Corvette Pacifica

I have ordered over $500 in part from Corvette Pacifica and in 3 months they have done nothing to ship my parts to me or taken payment from my credit card. I checked the status of my request and all it said, it was dropped shipped, without a date and no tracking information. Contacted them several times and they have not returned any of my emails. Sent another email to them telling them to cancel my request, because I found a difference company at a savings of over $175 dollars.

Review: John Fortney and Corvette Pacifica has taken my hard earned money through "false advertisement" of "quality parts", by sending me cheap mickey mouse plastic parts. I have been sent very disrespectful emails because I exposed the cheap quality of the parts sold by Corvette Pacifica. I received some parts from AL KNOCH corvette parts, which were top quality parts. But the remainder of the order came from Corvette Pacifica, cheap plastic "poor quality" parts. I am restoring a $40,000 1969 Corvette, and the cheap imitation parts would certainly depreciate the value of my car. I discussed this with Joh Fortney, and he got highly upset with me, sending me some "very disrespectful" emails. I just want my money back, ALL OF IT!Desired Settlement: Shipping costs of $136.00, plus the 20% ($112.00)When I receive my refund, I will be satisfied fully.

comments: Cheap plastic parts and poor customer service. I dealt with <st1:personname w:st="on">John Fortney, a lying snake who cheat me out of my money. I will never purchase anything from you again and will go online to make sure he is exposed and that "quality parts" don't come from EC Products! I will be seeking action against an operation that sells cheap stuff and charges customers when they prove them to be liars!

I am angry and won't stop until I am satisfied! So look to hear from me VERY SOON with any legal action I can take!

I have saved all e mail exchanges with this person if you care to see more. Regarding to his remarks about our "cheap plastic parts" the parts he is referring to are made in the <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">USA</st1:country-region> out of an expensive urethane material and our cost is not cheap. We have sold the referred to parts for over thirty years and have had thousands of satisfied customers. The EC16301 that Mr [redacted] purchased are the finest parts on the market. He related that the reason he returned the parts he told me was that he was going to use his original parts. Most of his car is plastic and fiber glass and I can assure you that the materials we use today 40 years later is of a better material than was original. In thirty two years we are fortunate to have many satisfied customers and not many like Mr [redacted].

We should have never done business with this customer and I should have listened to my staff. We agreed to sell the parts at a very low cost to Mr [redacted] due to the size of the order and then he returned one third of the order. Also after returning the parts he wanted us to ship some of them back again which we did.

Also after the original agreement with Mr [redacted] for the dollar amount and parts he kept asking me to add more parts to his order at no additional cost to him and free shipping on the additional parts which I agreed to. So we got worked in all directions by this person.

If you need to see all the copies of the e mails that went back and forth I will be happy to provide them. The invoice date on the orders was 9/30/13 and the ship date indicated was 10/23/13. We always try to work with our customers but that does not include being taken advantage of.

I've had good luck. Very helpful advice and quick delivery. Not to mention lower prices than the other corvette parts stores.
