Associates Septic Services has a lengthy contract to pump my septic every years paid via my tax bill collected by the countyThey pumped my system 9/(my inspection report that goes to the county had no issues) and in less than a month the system was overflowing the tank lidsIt was last pumped is and had no issues until they pumped itI contacted Lance P [redacted] the owner and informed him something must have happened during the pumping for the system to stop workingHe said, "I did nothing wrong, good luck" I pressed the issue and he threatened to report the system to the county.......after he had just given it a clean bill of health! I contact the taxing authority and they were no help, taking the side of the pumper because he 'knew him' and never had any other problemsFunny, because I discovered another homeowner had the same exact thing happen to their septic after pumpingI hired (at my expense) another septic company, they pumped it, discovered blockage in the line (which was fine for YEARS before P [redacted] pumped it) and we cleared itThis all cost me hundreds of dollars when the system was working fine prior to Associates pumping!

I called and set up an appointment to be pumped and he was there the next day!! Very professional and friendly I.see a long relationship in the making!!! Thanks Lance and Associates!!
We have used Associated Septic Services twice to conduct soil perc.tests on lots we have for sale in the Town of Norway, Racine County On both occasions they provided us with very prompt and efficient service Prior to contacting Associated Septic Services we attempted to reach another contractor in the Town of Norway but never heard back from them If you want a soil test done prompty and efficiently use Associated Septic Services
