This customer placed an order on August 15th 2016, in the amount of $On August 18th we called him to let him know that the part ordered was on back order for days and Mr*** did not have an issue with waiting a few daysI do not have any records on the customer calling and being
irate and wanting a refund because we would have cancelled his order and refunded himOn August 26th the parts arrived in our stock, and on the 27th they were shipped to Mr*** and were delivered to him on September 1st I am very sorry if there was some miscommunication with Mr***And want to apologize for any inconvenience we may of caused him. We have been in constant contact with the customer and letting him know the status on these hard to get parts
Due to his eagerness to receive these parts and our inability to provide him with his timely expectation, He has been offered
several times a refund if he couldn't wait
Unfortunately we do not have an expected date from this manufacturer that happens to be a very small shop with elderly people making these particular part at somewhat their leisureWaiting time can be in the upward of weeks to months for the larger pieces (customer is aware of that)
Customer did not need to file a Revdex.com complaintAll he had to do is ask for a refundThere is nothing we can do about manufacturing and we cannot lose our only manufacturer for these parts knowing how they work and their inability to rush and their back log
We just spoke with the Company and they are another weeks back log until they ship these parts to the customerPlease let us know how the customer would like to proceedWait for the parts or cancel and receive a full refund

You have not "been in constant contact with the customer"I have unfortunately had to initiate practically all contact to the point I had to utilize the Revdex.com as a medium when communications broke down
In regards to "Waiting time can be in the upward of weeks to months for the larger pieces (customer is aware of that)." I was never aware of wait times of 3-monthsI would have cancelled my order immediatelyConversely, I've been told by your staff multiple times my order had shipped
In regards to "eagerness to receive these parts and our inability to provide him with his timely expectation", I don't believe requesting a time frame on delivery is without warrant, especially when I've been told my items have shipped
In regards to" There is nothing we can do about manufacturing", that is also wrongThere are other suppliers that make these parts brand new - I have found them and have ordered through them and now expecting my parts within a few weeks....which is much more realistic than monthsIt now appears I could potentially get my parts sooner than I can get my refund from your company, which is unbelievable
In regards to "Please let us know how the customer would like to proceedWait for the parts or cancel and receive a full refund." I requested a refund approximately a week ago and was told it would be processed within the next day or soNeither *** nor his staff, have contacted me with a refund invoice and I have not received a refund either by check or credit to my credit card
In regards to "customer did not need to file a Revdex.com complaintAll he had to do is ask for a refund.", initially I wanted my parts, which is why I didn't want to ask for a refundNow, I've re-ordered from another company and essentially purchased the items twice as you have yet to refund my moneyI'm very happy to have the Revdex.com act as an intermediary in this process to log the lack of communication and the inability to ship the parts I purchasedNow this system is serving to reflect you not only have issues delivering parts, but you also have issues delivering refunds

I am rejecting this response because: They quite simply are lying. Corvette Specialty, [redacted] Street, Riverside, California [redacted] DID NOT call me and they DID NOT tell me that the part was back ordered. I sent several e-mails to them as I stated in my complaint and they NEVER responded to any of them. I would be more than happy to provide ALL the e-mails as proof. After I complained to the Revdex.com of Central California, I suddenly had a new order, a new order number with a different price which was sent to me through the mail when I payed extra for UPS delivery on the original order. I also have copies of both the original order and the makeup order with two different order number. They simply blew it and are trying to cover it up. Surely, they must have a record or recording of this false call they say they made? What a joke, and let any buyer beware of this company. The only honest remark they made is the fact that they finally delivered the part. I can certainly prove everything I'm stating, can they do the same? By the way, I am done with this company, as I said before, let the buyer beware!
