I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
It was not just pavers that were damaged - explain my driveway damage that I have pictures ofWith regard to the paving manufacturing company coming out in December - he did not inform me he was coming out and just showed up at my houseHe then said I would hear from him before the end of December and I did not. This damage that "coincidentally" occurred after the railing install, to different types of material, has caused me to delay other home projects and is not acceptable

In regard to the consumer complaint filed with your office:We installed a railing and some additional fence for the customer The customer was satisfied with the installation and did pay in full After installation she stated that there was a milky white stain on her pavers (we did not
install the pavers) We did return to the job site We have been in constant contact with *** *** through emails, texts and phone calls with our office and sales representative The situation was left off at us waiting to hear back from her *** *** was going to get in touch with us when she set a date for a second inspection with the representatives from both the paver manufacturer and the paver sealant manufacturer From what we understood, this meeting would be contingent upon weather - specifically outside temperature Robert, the president of ABOVE ALL FENCE asked to be present at this meeting so he could hear first hand what the representatives' conclusion is as to the cause The last we heard from *** *** was in a late November email in which she said she would contact us when the date was finalized As of yet, we have not heard from her.Understandably, we could not sign the "release" she provided or issue a full refund for the material and labor without further knowledge of how or why this "staining" occurred We have remained available and have assisted *** *** throughout Copies of all correspondence can be provided to you if necessary, please notify Robert.In all our years of installing railing and fence on pavers we have never encountered this issue before We also hope to resolve this matter and are awaiting the meeting that *** *** sets up with the representatives from the paver and sealant manufacturersWe will abide by the conclusion the reps reach upon the final testing and inspection

I was never informed that the owner wanted to come to any of the inspections. He could've come by at any time to see the damage - I encouraged itOren was the only one who came by. The paving company did come back out in mid-December and they reiterated what they said previously with regard to the damage. This is not "coincidental" as I had other stone work with the same material done after the railing install that look fine. For me to be dealing with this from September is unacceptable.

In the correspondence between [redacted] and our office, it states that Rob; the owner, wanted to be there when the paver and paver sealant manufacturers came to inspect and test the pavers. The emails also show that we were to receive notice from [redacted] about this meeting. [redacted] was to contact the office and let us know the date and time she set for the appointment. In her response to you (the Revdex.com) she said the "paving company" came in December, but we were never informed of this meeting. Since this Revdex.com complaint was filed, we have taken it upon ourselves to call the paver and paver sealant manufacturer representatives. They both stated to us they need to inspect and test the pavers when the weather is above a specific temperature (65 degrees F) for a prolonged period of time. At this time they are unsure of what the occurrence is with the pavers, or why something like this would have happened. As said before, we have never seen anything like this either and Rob is very curious about what the findings will be. The representatives informed us that they will return to the job site when the weather conditions are favorable for testing and they will contact Robert directly so that he can be there with them.
