The gal that does our cancellations has not received any cancellation paperwork from the Finance Department. She will be calling *** to get proper cancellation documents from her and she will take care of it for her

I am going to forward this to our General Manager, Greg ***. His e-mail is g***@corwinauto.com if you have any further questions

In response to the complaint; I would like to apologize for the inconvenience to Mr ***. Our office staff had a wrong address entered on the check, that along with miscommunication caused a
delay in with the check. The situation has been resolved. I did contact the customer this morning and he had received the check on 6/13/and again I apologize for a negative experience.Thank youMary ***Auditing & Training Manager

I am rejecting this response because:
We did supply accurate documentation to Corwin and can supply this documentation to the Revdex.com upon requestThe claim that our credit was sufficient or down payment was not enough is invalid as after going to another dealer we were able to obtain a very similar vehicle with a lower interest rate and lower down payment then Corwin was trying to offer usThey also did not try to force us to sign an extended warrantyThey transaction was completed in just a few hours and the dealer brought the vehicle in from elsewhereGreg *** contacted me today Friday Aug 4th and I explained my stance on the matter and resoloution proposal to compensate us for our lost time and he bacame hostile over the phoneWe have a copy of the deal that they had us sign for the pickup they could not produce and will be sending copies to RAM corporate and also to the Revdex.com upon requestCorwin is refusing to resolve the matter in a professional matter and Greg *** has become rude and hostile in the most recent conversation

I am rejecting this response because: the dealership could not find the vehicle fileThe vehicle purchase is in my husband's name, Carl EckI would like to relay this information to the dealership so they can look up the information they need

Revdex.com contacted Corwin CDJR to get 'follow-up' response after Mr ***'s 8/rebuttal -- spoke to GSM Greg ***.Mr *** says Corwin CDJR feels it did everything in its power to work with Mr *** toward a finance arrangement and purchase, but Mr *** was not open to the options presented to him.He says Corwin remains firm in its position, and will not be offering Mr *** further consideration or compensation in this matter.(As Corwin remains firm in its position and Revdex.com cannot compel a business to offer an alternate resolution, will be closing case at this time.)

Mr***
Called one of the nicest best installers that has worked for me for over years a liarMy installer has never been a liarMr.*** was unreasonable and unkind to everyone that he came in contact with, raised his voice to
unacceptable levels and basically insulted everyone he spoke to.There was never a doubt that we were at fault, but because of his actions that day I don't feel the same way about his complaint or his resolution

I am rejecting this response because:I asked the sales man if I needed to get my jeep detailed before I turned it in for the ToyotaHe said "we dont charge for dirt" consideri g I dont have a pet, I am concerned that they "found pet hair"I was upfront about the rock chip in the window and they said it was fineI was not asked if I could afford the vehicle I was told they were coming to pick up the toyota. They came and picked it up, I did not drop it off. As of friday I have recieved my plates, and registration. I am waiting for them to pay the late payments plus fees to Ally and restore my credit to the original number when I got the vehicleThis is the worst company I have ever delt with, an $18,mistake is a terrible way to do business. This has been going on since november

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2016/03/17) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This is not true..The last time over months ago my oil pan was good and I had no oil leakage from oil pan..I have receipt from last oil change..After they damaged my oil pan they used last resort play that caused leakage than I returned and they installed another one because was poorly installed by thers technician..If they brake something they should hold rensposible and they should have sign we change oil to a new cars only or we are not responsible for damaging your car we have poorly trained technician..the first time they said it will cost me dollars but now they say over dollars. Also I am not the only one who had issues with corwin Honda poorly changing oil.My two friends had a issues with thers oil change they damaged thers oil pan.I have thers info names phone numbers..one of them had a new Mercedes Benz and they damaged oil pan and refused to fix and he cold police .Another friend refuse to move out his car until they fixed..I will take corwin Honda to the court.I have no dollars to fix thers mistake..I report them to Honda but they did nothing never called me back.I called general manager of corwin Honda in fargo but he never returned my calls .I never had bad service with another dealers and shops only with corwin Honda of fargo.I should never go to them now I have to solve problem on court and I know they will be responsible for damage on threads inside oil pan and no court will accept answer car had miles that is ok ..Honda customer service also told me they have good oil pan made from aluminum but treads are from steel..shame on fargo corwin Honda to cheat on hard working poor man like me who just looking for fair justice..see you in the court of law

We really appreciate your businessWe did fix the problems that you had with your truckThe problem in question was a noise/whistle in the front part of the truckWe put new pulleys/belts and tensioners on the truck per your request because
you thought that was the origin of the noiseweeks later you came back and said that was not the problem, so the General Manager had a tech ride with you and they said it was the exhaust of the truck so we fixed that for you as wellWe strive to have world class customer service, and have done everything you have asked of usWe even fixed the pulleys/belts that were not the problemAt no point did we tell you it was you're responsibilityWe have fixed the problem you had and have satisfied the agreement

Here is the form that the customer signedThe form is signed by every customer that is buying a vehicle that has hail damageThe customer did know there was hail damage on the vehicle and chose to buy it with hail damageThe business manger that did the customer paper work stated that the
customer had ask her numerous times during the paperwork process that they received the hail sale priceWe are very upfront with all of our customers that the vehicles have hail damageAt the time of purchase the customers have the option to negotiate the price of the vehicle and buy it as is or fixedMrs*** wanted to buy the vehicle as is rather than having it fixed When they came back in after the date of sale, we did offer them to have the whole vehicle done at a discounted rate or to pick the worst dents and have them fixed individually for $per dent Let me know what else I can do to help Bob *** General Manager Corwin Toyota *** *** ** S Fargo, ND b@corwinauto.com ###-###-#### ###-###-#### ###-###-#### Direct ###-###-#### Fax

I am rejecting this response because: It is not up to "my" mechanic to find mechanical issues with the car. It is the responsibility of the vendor (Corwin Wholesale) to sell a product that works. It is up to "my" mechanic to corroborate the story of Corwin Wholesale that the vehicle was road ready.  Corwin Wholesale told me the car was road ready. At no time did Corwin Wholesale tell me anything was wrong with the car. I believe Corwin Wholesale committed fraud by not telling me what was wrong with the car. Corwin Wholesale maintains they did a vehicle inspection before it was sold. If this is true, why did "my" mechanic find that the car I purchased needed front struts, shocks, a valve cover gasket, and new tires. If Corwin Wholesale inspected the vehicle before it was put on the lot for sale, why were these mechanical issues not discovered and disclosed to me before the purchase of the car? I believe that Corwin Wholesale was either negligent in their inspection and thus the car should never have been put up for sale, or they committed fraud by knowingly withholding information from me about the mechanical issues of the car while telling me the car was road ready.  I believe Corwin Wholesale either committed fraud by not disclosing these mechanical issues or they were negligent in how they inspected the car.  Corwin Wholesale only reached out to me after I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com.   It is because of the lack of customer service and the car I was sold that I want a refund for $6,428.04. This is the cost of the car ($4,885.75) and the cost of the repairs I made on November 18 ($1,542.29).

Is there another person's name on the vehicle purchase also?  I am trying to look up the customer's name and can't find it.  Our system only pulls up the first buyers name.
