Took my 2010 Dodge journey to get everything wrong with it diagnosed. The service man called me to ask if he could spend a couple hundred dollars to put in a battery to diagnose, I said yes that’s fine. I go to pick it up and they charged me $560 for work done when I only gave permission for a couple hundred for a battery and he only took $80 off for doing work that he did not get permission to do.

don't buy a vehicle here!! and if you don don't take it to their service dept. I don't know if they are just lazy or don't have any mechanics that are trained to work on what they sell here. I took my new pickup to have some things fixed that had stop working in the truck. I made an appointment. after 1 1/2 hours they came and got me and told me that the mechanic said you don't have that feature on your truck. so after getting very upset because I had been waiting for that long. I showed them that the truck indeed had that feature on it. they took it back and after another hour told me I would have to come back so they could fix it. I told them I would never come back. I took it to a real dodge dealer and was in and out w in a hour!!!

Do not buy from this company. They will try to get you to pay above sticker price. The detailing they promise was basically washing the windows. Dealing with the salesman and sales manager was like watching good cop, bad cop routine. They only fill up half the gas tank if you buy used. How ridiculous

I would not recommend this company! We purchased a truck and it broke down on our way home!! The sales person informed us Several times that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle ,and assured us that it was Dodge certified through a 125 point inspection.The truck had well over $5000 worth of mechanical issues. Come to find out this is not a dodge certified vehicle. We were also told that all the open recalls had been taken care of, also NOT the case! Its now been almost a month and the truck is still not in our possession. We also just found out that the motor is going out due to crossed wires! It has been a horrible experience and the dealership had very little to say and was even less helpful!! My mother even called to pretend to want to buy a used dodge vehicle and was also informed that all of their used dodge vehicles are dodge certified . They will tell you anything you want to hear to get your money !!
