Review: This company was contracted by Art Van furniture to deliver a living room set that I purchased. They destroyed my front storm door. I furnished them with photos and have emailed back and forth for several months. They agreed to pay for the damage (per Matt F[redacted]) but have never paid. I have attempted several times for them to send a contractor to repair or cover the cost of repair.Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay for the damage they caused to my home as they stated they would.

Review: I was scheduled to have [redacted] Companies deliver a couch that was purchased through Wayfair.com. On the scheduled delivery date the company was late for the appointment and upon trying to get the couch up to my apartment they could not fit the couch and proceeded to damage my wall. I sent photos of the damage and was told they would come and repair. I rescheduled the delivery so another service could bring it up the stairs and I confirmed the day before. On the day of the second attempt I called to get an updated time and they told me the delivery was canceled because Wayfair.com told them to. I called Wayfair.com and they told me they did no such thing. Wayfair called [redacted] Delivery and they told Wayfair.com that the couch was damaged and that is why they could not deliver. Both myself and Wayfair were lied to in this matter and neither party can get [redacted] to deliver the couch. They couch is wrapped up so there is no way to see if there is damage unless they opened property that does not belong to them. I have been hung up on multiple occasions and disrespected. They have lied to both Wayfair.com and myself and nobody can determine when the couch will be delivered. I have lost 2 days of work over this and all I want is for my property that I paid for and own to be delivered.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to deliver my items ASAP

Review: On March 21st 2014 I had a couch delivered from [redacted] through Cory Companies. When they came to remove my broken couch and replace with the new couch they were rushing and upon exiting with my old couch that broke my outside light fixture. I had told them about it and they said " Oh I can come back and fix that for you. I replied no I would like your name so I can call your company". Not only did they break my light fixture but I live on the second floor and they threw the old couch off the balcony with out looking and damaged the bushes down below. I took down the name that was giving to me [redacted]. I called [redacted] immediately and after speaking with [redacted] (who was very helpful) said that Cory Companies would be the one paying for the damage done to my light and that the name [redacted] was not the name that they had on file which means he lied about his name. I had to keep calling [redacted] because Cory Companies was not getting in touch with me to resolve the issue. After multiple times I finally got a phone call from them. I have been emailing back and forth with [redacted] from Cory Companies since April and it is now May 21st and when asked why it is taking so long all they can say is it's still being processed. I provided them with everything they asked for such as pictures of the damaged light fixture and the estimate for the electrican to fix it. There is no reason it should be taking this long when they damaged my property. I have had to pay out of pocket for the damage which cost $150.Desired Settlement: I would like the amount of $150 that I paid out of pocket reimbursed back to me as quoted on the estimate that I had given them a month ago.

Review: On 1/8/2016 this company delivered a bed to my home on the behalf of [redacted] Furniture. Two employees showed up and I was waiting in the vestibule of my condominium building to let them in. Everything was going great until 1 of them went back downstairs to get more pieces and of course I stayed with the worker inside my home assembling the bed. Well, my good ole neighbors came into the hallway stating the worker wedged a box cutter knife into the main door top henge to prop it open. I ran downstairs and took it out. The worker took the knife from me and I asked him not to do that. He looked at me and that is when I realized he didn't speak English. I held the door open for him and headed up the stairs. Long and behold on his 3rd trip to get more pieces he put the knife back in the door top hedge and my neighbors came to tell me. He removed it before I could make it downstairs but the damage was already done. The door would not close! My neighbor reported the damage to our HOA and the door was repaired later that day by a locksmith. Of course I called [redacted] to complain about the damages and they referred me to call 1 [redacted] in [redacted] and I spoke to a [redacted] (Manager). I told him my HOA is charging me $178 for a door repair your employee caused and he told me to send a copy of the invoice to him. I did via email and haven't heard from him since. I have called him 5 times and emailed him 3 times. When I called I was told they can take a message for me and he will call you back. On Febuary 4th my fiancé called and demanded to speak to [redacted] by refusing to get off the phone. The answering associate put [redacted] on and [redacted] confirmed that he received my emails and verfied my HOA address with my fiancé and I over the phone. He then told us he would call back with a transaction number. Of course, he didn't call that day or the next. I have never experienced anything like this before very unethical behavior and I hope no one else have to.Desired Settlement: To pay for the damages they caused to my condominium building door.
