Review: They delivered a wall unit from bobs on 11/23 and broke the stained glass in my front door. They told me to get two estimates so I did . They said the estimates are to high and they would have their own contractor call me . He called and said he did not want to do it. They call me back and try to get me to take less money and I said no. Now they say that they talked to one of the glass company's I got the estimate from and they will pay that amount . I am still waiting with a broken front door. My next step is to talk my lawyer a sue for damages arnd feesDesired Settlement: Pay to fix door

Review: I took delivery of new appliances purchased at Best Buy through Pacific Sales in Richfield, Minnesota. The appliances were delivered on 7/24/13, and they needed to be delivered in through the patio door off the kitchen due to the size of the appliances. The delivery guys took off the door handle and locking mechanism on the patio door to gain more clearance, and when they attempted to re-install the door handle, they broke the lock and snapped off one of the main bolts that hold the door handle in place. The delivery guy gave me his cell phone number and told me to tell him how much the repair would be and he would send me a check. This sounded like he was avoiding having damage reported on one o his deliveries, so I refused this approach. I did NOT initial on the delivery receipt that there was no damage to the home from the delivery, I left that field blank on the form since there was damage to the door and lock. When I called to report the damage, I got the run around for a couple months and finally I got contacted by someone from Cory Delivery Services that told me they were going to come out and inspect the damage so they could order the appropriate parts. After 2 no shows, where I had to use vacation time to get out of work and meet him, I began emailing and texting the guy trying to get him out to the house and fix the door handle. After another month worth of excuses why he can't make it out, he finally came out and the door handle he brought did not fit the door correctly. He said he was going to order the exact one from the factory manufacturer of my door so it would be a perfect fit. More time passes, more excuses to why it was not fixed yet. I even have emails that show that he said he has the new door handle in his possission and he could bring it by whenever I wanted. That never happened. Now it is February, 7 months after the delivery, and my patio door handle remains broken. The rep from Cory delivery is no longer responding to any contact attempts.Desired Settlement: I would like my door handle replaced as was promised to me. I had to spend money out of my pocket to buy a security bar to keep the door from being opened, and had to sacrifice 2 full days of vacation time to meet the rep from Cory delivery and he never showed up to replace the door handle. I have contacted the main Cory Delivery Customer Service number 3-4 times in the last week, and each time someone said I would be contacted by a supervisor to handle my issue/repair/complaint. I have not been called back by anyone!!

Ideally, I would like the door handle replaced as promised from the very beginning, but now I am so disgusted from the whole experience, I have contemplated comtacting an attourney to recover damages. Please contact me to hopefully resolve the issue so I don't have to go down that path. I figure the total out of pocket/damages due to lost time at work etc is valued at approx $400.
