I won’t lie, when I initially went with Cory as my realtor it was mainly because of the awesome perks I knew he gave out if you used him. I’m SO LUCKY that he turned out to be as amazing as he is. Our buying experience was difficult. The first home we went for had so many underlying issues and add that to sellers that DON’T want to sell and are making it as difficult as possible to buy? Recipe for disaster. Cory waded into all of that with no problems, it was like a normal day for him. He negotiated and worked LATE into many evenings to get everything the way we would want it. In the end we decided to pull the plug and move on. The second home we decided on was the one we ended up getting. Now we ended up with huge delays on our end, none of these were Cory’s fault and he somehow still managed to keep the sellers and their agents on our side. From what I’ve heard now this can be very tricky! It was never an easy road but every step of the way Cory was cheering us on, giving us positives and helping us to understand what was happening. There was never a time where I didn’t understand what was going on and that was a big deal for me, I wanted to know EXACTLY what I was doing and he made that all very clear and easy to understand. Day or night Cory was available to me, we had several 10:30pm conversations to calm me down when I was worried that things weren’t going in our favor. In the end we got our dream home and we definitely never could have gotten through the process without Cory. If you’re looking to buy or sell Cory is your man. Forever and always #coryismyrealtor.
