I have been here for yrsAnd until now have had no problem with my rent payment being acceptedI went in on the site 1st or 2nd and paid my bill for SeptOf received no invoice for this so it was assumed I wasnt payingThey sent no invoice EVER till today when I paid the rent with late chargesI have all my back emailsSo I have received news letters and noticesOf course they say its my error dollars may not be a large amount but on a limited income it makes a differenceI am retired and greatly disappointed with the way I have been treated
