Review: I was interested in a [redacted] advert for an [redacted] for sale. I asked my friends to go and check the car out on Sunday 10.26.14 and they said the car had a fuel guage problem that suddenly started working. They told us that we can put a deposit down to hold the car and can get a refund if I do not want the car. On 10/27/14, I sent $500 to [redacted] at [redacted] and he confirmed receipt as His Employee [redacted] told me he got the money. On Tuesday I researched the fuel guage problem for the [redacted] and found out that it was more trouble to fix for a car I will be sending to my aged parents oversees. So, I cancelled my flight to [redacted], I called Mr. [redacted] on Wednesday to stop the sale and get my refund and he hung up on me and refused to pick up my phone calls. I later called his employees who apologized on his behalf and stated they would talk to him because it was a breech of trust. On Saturday, the employees told me they hd no control over what their boss did and thus could not do anything as I may have lost my money. I have evidence of the receipt from [redacted] and all the communications by text messaging. All I want is for this money back. This is tantamount to fraud and stack dishonesty. I am yet to see such in the US. I hope you can help resolve this before I inform law enforcement or take legal action against him.Desired Settlement: I hope he can send my money back. I paid cash. He can send a check. I can forward you all the documents to support my claim.
