Business is being dishonest about telling me they were taking the parts out. Business caused my vehicle not to run correctly, then tried to charge me for the parts to fix their mistake. Parts cost should have been taken out of the original money paid, to make things right. Especially when I have a voicemail stating the car is running perfectly again. Then was told " you can enjoy the free parts, but you won't be welcome back". My truck ran perfectly before business worked on it. Business is trying to charge me for parts to fix an issue they caused, and never warned me about the possibility of. Then they purposely took the new parts out, again with out my permission, causing the same problem they caused to begin with. Busines is not being honest. They suggested the tune upprepairs after the manifold was already installed, and everything was out back together. Cory told me he should have suggested a tune up before he started working on it. We had a standard conversation About what he should have said, but I never once gave the okay to do the work, which was needed due to their negligence. I never once told them to take the new parts out. He said they would leave them in. We happened to show up early to the shop and he was taking them out and putting the old ones back in. Obviously they are not an honest company if they are lying statiing they suggested the tune up during the job. Money was paid in full, I had my receipt , and the car was put back together.
