Unbelievable customer service from Cory. Had a leak issue causing flooding outside, he came out within minutes to diagnose. Although he doesn't do irrigation repair for my issue, he helped figure out the problem and is recommending someone. He was available to take my phone calls on a couple separate occasions, which goes a long way with me. I know as an owner, that isn't always the case. Cory strives to go above and beyond with his service. His crew is prompt, courteous, and ask all of the right questions. I cannot recommend this company enough based on my experience.","pos-4

My husband and I have lived in Reno, NV for two years now and have unfortunately had 2 previous lawn services that were horrible. This company is unresponsive - we submitted a request for estimate/service on Monday morning and received a response thanking us for interest in Cory's Lawn Service and stating that if we do not receive a response in 48 hours to send an email to a stated address and we would receive an immediate response. Today (Thursday morning) we sent an email stating we had not yet received a response, and asking if he is interested in the job. It's been over an hour and we have not received our "immediate" response.
Needless to say, we will NOT be hiring this guy.","neg-1
