I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meHowever in this response they fail to realize that I have spoken with Mandy at Cos Bar Edina and I made the return of my product last Friday (1/27/17.) I am awaiting the refund to be credited to my card, which I am sure will post soonThanks for everyone's help

We have reached out to *** *** three times to discuss resolving her issue regarding her return, . We did read the description of her complaint and are disappointed that she was unaware that we make exceptions, and accept a return upon a reason such as an allergic reaction in her
case. We would love to further assist her in the return process when she returns our attempts at communication. We are willing to give *** a full refund, all we need is to speak with her and get the process rolling.
