Cos Phones

Review: On February **, 2013, I bought 29 cell phones from Cos Phones which Cos Phones claimed to be A stock. Cos Phone sold me the phones using an address in New Jersey even though I now found out it is not registered in NJ but in NY. When I received the phones, I inspected them and instantly found that many were inoperative. Also, Cos Phone sent me only the LCD without the battery and charger or back cover as claimed in the sales but because I had an order to fill, I decided to buy those from another vendor. When I called to speak to [redacted] the CEO who was always available before the transaction, he became unavailable. I must have made at least more than 10 calls only to receive yells of insult from [redacted]. On February **, I sent back 8 of the phones through UPS with the tracking number [redacted]. I also enclosed a request to get the refund for the 8 phones at his own sales price of $65/piece. [redacted] and his company ignored me. I have called more than 20 times since then and on one occasion, I got [redacted] who asked me to resend my claims by email. I did that. I waited few months and yet no resolution. I sent a reminder just last week Friday and still no response. [redacted] needs to refund me $520 which is the total value of the phones I returned to him. Almost all the 29 phones he sent me as A stock were dead on arrival but I can only claim these 8 units because they were the ones I detected on time. My customers returned the balance back to me for full refund which I obliged. But I did not complain because of the time lap as the phones were shipped abroad. In my purchase order, I stated clearly that any defective phones will be returned with full refund at Cos Phones expense. I was asked to wire money to Cosphones account to pay for the phones so I think it is proper that [redacted] should reciprocate by wiring the refund back to my business account. My bank account is on the Return Order I issued to [redacted]. I have copies of all the email communication I have had with [redacted] on this matter and will be glad to furnish them to you. Please note that the Invoice [redacted] and his company sent me stated a 30-day warranty and my claims fit into the warranty period. Thank you.Desired Settlement: The resolution I want is to get my refund back. [redacted] has his phones which can be checked by the UPS track number I provided. He also has my money. This is unfair. I only need him to refund my $520.00. Thank you.
