I then picked up her entire family around 2pm on the 4th and drove them miles to the lot where her car was located. I could not pay for the vehicle per the Companies Rules. I assured *** *** I would reimburse her the towing fee which was 246.12. I also gave *** *** two free nights which she used July 25th with her entire family. *** *** has stayed with us on more than a dozen different dates over the last four years, so she is an excellent customer
One of her complaints was the timeliness of the reimbursement which I promised to mail when and if the bank reimbursed us, which they didn’t . Once I found that out no reimbursement was coming from the bank, I paid her the full amount. We have also sent *** *** another night stay at no charge. So to summarize, dollars in free rooms and the in towing fees
In years of operation we have never been reported to the Revdex.com. I am glad to know that I can explain my side of the story as there are always two. Don’t hesitate to call me if you have any questions at ***
