The letter they sent is not true at allI never said anything about biting into anything hardI told them I was eating a ham sandwich and the crown crumbled in my mouth and almost chipped a couple of my molarsAlso at the end of their letter they state that the last time I visited I told them I understand and I did not want to risk anything happening to my crown just because my mom was unhappy with itThis is a complete lieI told them I wanted a new crown and they told me it would cost $but they would drop it down to $even
I never stated once I was happy with the look and fit of my current crownWhy would I make two separate appointments after the crown was cemented if I was happyI made those appointments to let them know I was not happy
I am still completely unsatisfied with their service and productAlso, I am offended that they would lie about what was said on the two appointments after my second crown was cementedThe only reason I made those appointments was to let them know I was not happy
Regards,

See attached documentRevdex.com  1 E., Suite 6oo Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 (513)42-301518, August 2015To Whom It May Concern:In June of 2014.Our doctors here at One Stop Dental/Cosmetic and Implant Dental performed services for [redacted]. The services he requested and agreed to were in the amount...

of $5630.00, patient wanted a cash discount if he paid in full at the time of starting the procedures, our office agreeded and when patient came in for his first visit he did not have the full amount. However, we still honored the discount. We placed an implant in the #7 location and at the appropriate time we then placed an abutment and an implant crown. Patient was given the opportunity to evaluate the crown prior to placement which is our standard policy with all crowns. Patient approved the cementation of the crown on the 26, January 2015.[redacted] returned to our office on 26, May 2015. He stated he bit into something hard and the porcelain broke on the crown. We offered patient a discount to redo the crown since it was of no fault of ours that the crown broke. We did inform patient that he needed to give the same care as a natural tooth to the implant or it will break as will a natural tooth. After a lot of back and forth our doctors agreed to do the crown this one time at no charge to the patient. This is at our expense, Patient agreed and we removed what was left of the crown and took an impression for a new crown. [redacted] returned on 15, June 2015 and we seated the crown once again but not until patient was given the opportunity to evaluate the crown prior to placement which. Patient approved the cementation of the crown #7 on 15, June 2015.[redacted] returned to our office on 9, July 2015, [redacted] asked that we make him a new corwn because his mom said she didn't like the look of this one. We reminded him that we gave him plenty of time and opportunity to let us know if there is anything he did not like and he said he was “happy” with the look, fit and color of the new crown, as is our doctors.[redacted] was told that if we we're to remove the crown once again the problems that could happen and that we would not be financial responsible for the crown that he himself was happy with. He said he understood and did not want to risk anything happening just because his mom is not happy with the crown.[redacted] returned to our office on 6, August 2015. [redacted] asked that we make him a new corwn because his mom said she didn't like the look of this one. We reminded him again that we gave him plenty of time and opportunity to let us know if there is anything he did not like and he said he was “happy” with the look, fit and color of the new Crown, as is our doctors. He said that he thinks we should be willing to redo at no charge to him. We asked him why would we do that? We delivered a perfectly good crown that he approved and looks and functions great? He offered no answer only to say that he wants to redo the crown and if it jeopardizes the implant he wants us to assume responsibility for that as well. We said if he wanted us to redo the crown it would be at his expense. He left unhappy.Sincerely,One Stop Dental/Cosmetic and Implant Dental The office of Dr.A[redacted] and Dr. Mai A[redacted] 910 Barry LaneCincinnati, Ohio 45229(513) 28-2333 [redacted]
