The above patient bought some services and paid by credit cardAfter so many months she wanted to have refunds which is NOT OUR POLICYHowever we agreed to refund and issued a credit to her credit card and gave her receipt of the credit card.Now it is between her and credit card company to issue credit to her account.Our manager [redacted] , the aesthetician called several times the credit card company but they will not talk to us because it is her account .There is nothing we could do .? IN GOOD FAITH, we are ready to refund even after long time against our policy which is stated during consultHowever I can only refund to the credit card that she providesLast I talked to Isela MrsJefferson was to bring another credit card to receive the refundIf she bring the credit card that was charged it will be easierAll we can do is issued a credit card credit memo on her credit card which we have done already.I can not issue another credit memo on the credit card and pay doubleThanks, Dr***

I am rejecting this response because: Since filing this complaint, I corresponded with *** ***, the manager, on May 19th*** said she spoke to someone in their refund department and it was okayed for the money to be released back onto my credit card*** instructed me to wait at least three business days for the refund to appear on my credit cardIt has been three business days since I was told thisHowever, I was told this same thing on April 25th and have yet to receive my refundAdditionally, I was never told about this “no refund” policyIf that were the case, I would have never purchased this service.

Last I talked to Isela Mrs. Jefferson was to bring another credit card to receive the refund. If she bring the credit card that was charged it will be easier. All we can do is issued a credit card credit memo on her credit card which we have done already.I can not issue another credit memo on the credit card and pay double. Thanks, Dr. [redacted]
