In  response to complaint [redacted] was NOT seen at Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry of Peoria.  She was seen at Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry at  Johnson Ranch located in San Tan Valley.The dentistry she had done was done in September of 2013....

 Then in July of 2015 she calls stating there was a problem with the work done.  (2 years after the work was done) She never came back one time after that. Never called with any complaints never came back for any adjustments never came back for a routine cleaning. [redacted] at the Johnson Ranch location spoke to her several times regarding all of this.  [redacted] also suggested that she have her new dentist call us or send us  x-rays or pictures of the problem. We do not have a refund policy. If there is a problem that develops in a timely manner some times we can pro-rate the cost of replacement.All of this was explained to [redacted] by [redacted] at the Johnson Ranch location.Thank you,[redacted]Cosmetic and Restorative[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Review: This Denal office, does not behave as one can expect. I've got an estimate price on my dental needs from them, including dental cleaning. I went in for my cleaning but, they did much more than that on the first day. Removing a bridge and putting temps plus taking impressions of my mouth. This work took longer that I expected. But I did not know what the dentist was doing. I went home all sore, expecting that within a few days they will call for the following appointment. This never happened. After a few days and fighting a mouth infection, I called inquiring how come I was never called.

I found out that day, they have collected the full price of the treatment out of a Credit Card Account set for this purpose. This was a surprise, when I went in to complaint about and asking them to put the money back into my account, they came with a thousand excuses and lies. To the present they have not done so. I am out of the money and nothing have been done toward my dentistry needs. I smell intentional fraud here.Desired Settlement: This Office, for what I've seen, does not operate properly. When you visit you find an administrator, not a Licensed Dentist to resolve dental problems. To try to resolve my case, they said, they were having meetings with other associates not present at this location, closed the office for two days, after worth my case would be resolved. Well, nothing happened out of the meetings. After more than a week, they never came back to me, as promised. I smell intentional wrong doing. The money taken out of my account, without my authorization, witch was the whole amount, I want it back into my account, as a condition, to continue with them, paying as we go, for services rendered.

Review: In Sept 2013, Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry in San Valley implanted 3 partial inlays. Within a year, 1 inlay fall out and another tooth with the inlay fractured. Strange, seeing how the reason for the partial inlays was to avoid my teeth from fracturing. I was not eating anything that would have caused these issues to occur. I am no longer in Arizona, so I am not able to go back to them to have the matter resolved. I have since been to a dentist in Florida for a grown to replace the partial inlay that fell out. I contacted Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry on 6/3/15 to inform them that the inlays have fallen out and to discuss options to have the issue rectified. I did receive a call back from the someone in the front office, but she was not able to help because her manager was out of the office. She took my name and number, but I did not get a call back. I called them back on 6/11/15. Once again, I was informed that my complaint will be given to the manager. I did hear back from them that day, but was informed that my complaint would need to go to another person to review if I am eligible for a refund. I did not hear back so I called back on 7/2/15. I was informed that they had a few staffing changes, so I had to explain the situation to them again. I was informed that they will call me back once they talk to the general manager. I did not get a call back, so I called them on 7/8/15. I was informed they would send me a form to complete so I could have my records from my new dentist in Florida sent to Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry. They would then review my claim once the records were received. It is now 8/5/15 and I never received the form or call. I called the San Tan office on 8/5/15, but they are closed for construction. I contacted their Peoria office at [redacted]. I had to leave a message for [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a straight answer and immediate assistance. A refund for the work that was preformed on #2, and #15 tooth.
