I am rejecting this response because: the owner did not call my sister as she claimsIf she did, no message was was left and or the call did not go throughI do not want anything from this owner anymore, the complaint is available for customers to see how she blamed the customer for something that they had no control over.

To whom it may concerns,? Thank you so much for the email? In the respond to the complaint, we had tried our best to satisfy the client? The situation was we use pink resin for our service? We also have clear but only use for design or client request? When the technician
asked [redacted]'s sister what color would she like for her nails? ? She said she want french tip? During the service, client did not request clear resin for on her nails therefore her nails set are pink and white? The nails technician finished her job and come to check out, front desk ask her how was her service, she said that she want it clear? Front desk said that she can come back to redo? Therefore, I want to clarify with client so we called her [redacted] and left her a message explaining to her what is the best option for her sister nails since it's a brand new set? She did not call back but come back again the next day? I explained to her that we can do another alternative way instead of redo the whole things again where she did not ask the nail technician to use clear? She wasn't happy with my explanation so she want to take it off and refund her? She paid the set for $plus $for her feet polish change which she was satisfied? Due to her dissatisfaction, ? I returned $for her as charging the feet polish change, gel color and french? I thought that was fair for both party? I also included in this email is her comment on [redacted]? she wrote we called her and her voice mail did not set up?
