I am responding to the complaint filed by *** *** We have done work on the ***’s vehicles over the years They had brought this vehicle into our shop in DecIt was noted to them then, that the car needed brakes then, not that it would need them down the linemonths
later her husband schedule for us to do the rear brakes and the left front strut We did scheduled work, nothing more nothing lessWe noted on the bottom of the invoice that the car would need the rear end taken apart, for further work needing to be done for the emergency brake to be fixed They picked up the car on a Sunday, when only the gas station is open, but not the garageShe called the next week and I tried to reason with her, but was unable to do soI’m not sure if she is upset that we did the work that her husband scheduled us to do, or if we didn’t do more work than was necessaryIt was noted on the receipt that the car would need to come back for additional workMost people would see that and schedule the additional work for a later time.We have been in business since 1965, years in this town and have many, many happy customers We go out of our way to keep our customers happy, but I’m not able to reason with Mrs ***Thank you for your time,*** ***
