We received the letter from your office referencing a customer concern submitted to you on 9/2/2014 - ID# [redacted].
I wanted to contact you and give you an update regarding the resolution that has occurred, with regards to Ms. [redacted].
After reviewing the complaint, I contacted Ms. [redacted] right away to personally address her concerns.
The product in which she purchased, was an herbal supplement and due to the one time use of the product, it is normally our company policy to accept no returns. This is stated on signage throughout our location.
Ms. [redacted] informed me she was aware of this at the time of purchase. The "advertising issues" noted in the complaint are on the package made by the manufacturer.
However, since Ms. [redacted] is a long term customer of our location, and understanding her situation and possible mis-communication, we willingly granted her request for a full refund of the product.
She arrived at our location on Friday, 9/6/2014 and the manager on duty conducted the refund transaction, to her satisfaction.
We also encouraged her to contact the manufacturer of the product since her dissatisfaction primarily derived from the effectiveness of the supplement.
She informed us that she had or was in the process of contacting them as well.
In conclusion, Ms. [redacted] was very satisfied with the outcome and intends to frequent our establishment in the future.
