COSMICARE fulfilled our said services to this customer. She has made false accusations and manipulated the truth in her claim in a few areas.
1. Her husband cancelled his reservation with us months prior to her request for a refund due to the location...
change. Her "surgery buddy" was the replacement for her husband, who never actually made a deposit to secure a reservation with us. Futhermore, she did not contact me about the location change because she "noticed the images were removed from our site", I contacted her to inform her of the change. I never declined her refund and would have given her a refund if she felt as though she no longer wanted to stay with us. However, SHE DECIDED she was happy with the compensation for the inconvenience. Her and her husband purchased a Buy One, Get One Half Off Package. For the inconvenience of changing location, I honored her promotional rate as a single person, and gave her a Faja as a gift. She was very well aware of these terms. 2. The House ran out of drinking water and toilet paper due to the Easter Holiday and the city of Santo Domingo shut down. No stores were open for us to purchase items, and we were unaware of this. I apologized to her and we definitely were at the store when they re-opened. In regards to the food, we follow a meal plan. We do not take food orders. The patient wanted food prepared in a certain manner, with certain ingredients, etc. We inform all customers to bring their PERSONAL PREFRENCES with them, and this was the case for her.
3. This woman has called me INCOMPENTENT, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST. Yet, she claims she did not resort to name calling? She has tried to destroy my business via social media and contacting my patients via direct messaging. She has created a Hate Page on Instagram totally dedicated to COSMICARE. I believe she has become obsessed with me and my business. Simply because, she knows I have done everything to make her happy.
4. I have threatened her. "[redacted]" means I am about to tell you about yourself. Not physically cut you.
5. I will not be giving her anything. I gave her a faja and she declined it. The purchase she made for her stage 2 faja is her responsibility. Her internet cost are also her responsibility. An Apology.... Absolutely Not!
