voicemail. On Febuary 24, 2014 I received the customers concerned voicemail in regards to not receiving her jewelry pieces. I have contacted the consumer through phone call and we have both discussed that I will be remaking her commissioned jewelry pieces and that she will dismiss the chargeback that she issued through her credit card company. Today is Febuary 26, 2014 and I have sent out her new jewelry along with a new tracking number. I also would like to note that the price of the earrings were different than the price of the original pair that was ordered. The original price of the earrings were $58.00. The new pair would be retailed for $75.00 because of the newer pieces of Vintage Italian Coral that were used. They were much larger and came out of my personal collection. I do not wish to have her pay more for the new items.

I have received the remade jewelry order today March 3rd. The peices are beautiful. The events between the time it was originally commissioned & the final receipt was stressful & not an enjoyable experience, however at this point I consider it resolved. I had contacted my credit card company & the return of the funds is in process.
