I placed an order for a pair of prescription glasses with cosmoeyewear in February. My order was made and I paid what I owed but after three weeks of waiting and having not received my glasses I messaged them asking when I could be expecting my package. They told me that they were sold out of the frame I chose. They did not co tact me to tell be but instead just said nothing. After messaging back and forth for two weeks they agreed to refund my order of a little over $200.00. They asked me to be patient as it takes 15-25 days to complete the refund. As odd as that seemed I agreed to it,I just wanted my money back. It's July 4th now and I have not received a penny back from them. I have sent email after email asking for my money back and have gotten no response. I feel like I have just been robbed of $200. This is a company I would advise everyone to steer clear of.
